1. The price is inclusive of an air conditioned vehicle, driver, guide, entrances to the monuments and taxes.
2. Namaste City Tour will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any personal injury, sickness, loss or damages during the course of the tour.
3. Tips to driver and guide are not included in the cost of the tour and are at the discretion of the customer.
4. Full payment will be collected in advance before the tour begins.
5. Bookings can be done between 10 am and 6 pm on all days.
6. The prices for luxury cars and coaches for larger groups will be quoted on request.
7. In case a customer needs a guide of a language of his choice other than English, he will have to pay Rs. 600 extra.
8. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
9. In event of any cancellation, the charges would be as under:-
| Within 2 hours prior to commencement of tour | 75% of the total tour price |
| 2 to 24 hours prior to commencement of tour | 50% of the total tour price |
10. If a part of the tour is not utilized then no refund will be given for the same.
11. During the tour, in case any passenger does not reach on time at the specified place, then the vehicle will have no option but to leave without the passenger.
12. Do observe local traditions and customs while visiting religious places. Be appropriately
dressed while visiting a temple or mosque.
